Public and private reservation-Will cancel if thunderstorm conditions arise with a full refund within the 24 hour departure time to ensure passenger safety (lightning, high wind, downpour etc.). A good time is simply not worth risking safety or damages to property due to weather. Soul Waters will work to postpone and reorganize planned trips.

Public and private reservation-Partying in the rain is part of the business. This area weather changes by the minute. Soul Waters and affiliates will operate under raining conditions. IF you cancel under raining conditions (not severe weather), personal reason, to hot outside, to cold outside, or whatever the case may be WITHIN 7 days of your scheduled trip - there will be no refund. We’ll try to negotiate, postpone to mitigate the loss of a sale as our season is very limited. This allows us to have at least 7 days to prepare to find another group to fill the book on our end within reason.

Public and private reservation- During Breakdowns happen period. Should a breakdown occur during and the boat is deemed unable to continue, Soul Waters will offer a refund for the time remaining and possibly waive some or all fuel charge for the inconvenience. Remember you're paying for the experience, unfortunate memories stick better than the good ones!

Private reservation- Boat broke prior: We support our competitors! If for some reason the boat we have you scheduled on is unable to go out, we will offer to do a pontoon rental from one of our local rental sources, and honor any cost differences as negotiated. Second option, a full refund is also offered in this scenario.

Public reservation- Boat broke prior: 100% refund unless, guests wish to hire for private reservation. We are negotiable.

Public reservation: During Breakdowns happen period. Should a breakdown happen before or during a cruise and is deemed unable to continue by the captain, a full refund for that booking will be issued.

-Public reservation: Will receive a full refund if minimum passengers of 3 seats isn’t met 2 hours before the scheduled departure. (This covers the cost to run)

Captain’s authority: Captain yields the right to terminate the trip if actions deem inappropriate, unsafe, or out of control without a refund. Captain also has obligation to assist fellow boaters in the case of an emergency. Captain also has the right to terminate the trip before scheduled end time should hazardous weather arise.
