Cruise and Charter: Will automatically cancel if thunderstorm conditions arise with a full refund within the 24hr departure time to ensure passenger safety (lightning, high wind, downpour etc.). A good time is simply not worth a damaged boat and or injuries due to weather. Soul Waters will work to postpone and reorganize planned trips if guests request so.

Cruise and Charter: Partying in the rain is part of the business. Soul Waters and affiliates will operate under raining conditions. IF you cancel under raining conditions (not severe weather), personal reason, to hot outside, to cold outside within the 24hrs, Soul Waters will NOT issue a refund. Reason: is weather is somewhat predictable especially 1 day prior. If that booking becomes vacant, Soul Waters must find guests to fill the booking since the season is extremely limited.

Cruise and Charter: Allowed to cancel/reschedule with a full refund up to 24 hours before scheduled departure.

Cruises: Will receive refund if minimum passengers of 6 is not met by 1 hour before departure time

Cruise and Charter Captain: Captain yields the right to terminate the trip if actions deem inappropriate, unsafe, or out of control. Captain also has obligation to assist fellow boaters in the case of an emergency. Captain also has the right to terminate the trip before scheduled end time should hazardous weather arise.

Charter Boat: Breakdowns happen period. Should a breakdown occur and the boat is deemed unable to continue, Soul waters will offer a refund for the difference of time remaining.

Cruise Boat: Breakdowns happen period. Should a breakdown happen before or during a cruise and is deemed unable to continue by the captain, a full refund for that booking will be issued.
